Location and layout of the hotel complex, bungalows and houses hidden in the very well maintained garden with old trees. There are also some animals like ducks and fish in the pond.
Everything is ok ! nothing bad to say

The breakfast here is really good, with a wide variety at a fair price; the deluxe king room is chic and equipped with a minibar, work desk, and satellite TV channels.

The grounds were stunning. The rooms well designed and comfortable. The staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly.
The building site next to our assigned room! Not good when you we had come to the hotel to relax! We asked to change rooms and the kindly upgraded us so we could :-) We had a twin room and they made the bed into a double but didn't provide a double duvet, only two singles.

Very good breakfast
Equipment in the bungalow. No shelves, no bedside table. Hair dryer in the bathroom is not to be used, you have to. in the bedroom, but there is no mirror. But we got it when we complained. Extension cable given.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great pools and relaxing atmosphere.Gardnes were very well kept and the renovated rooms very nice (unfortunately we did not have a renovated room).
We booked online on the basis of the quote and the fact that 2 children under 12 stayed free, but when we got to the hotel we had to pay an additinla $15 per night for the second child - this plus a hotel exchange rate that was some 7-10% over the official rate meant that the holiday started on a bit of a sour note -the hotel ended up costing us 15% more than the price we booked for.
